Based on original 17th century Imari Japanese porcelain, the name of the lamp derives from the Imari Port where ceramics were exported West to Europe. Hand-painted with natural floral motifs, the colour palette of deep coral-red and cobalt-blue with softer yellows and green, creates an artful quality.
This lamp is only photographed with a giltwood base, other options are available and the price will alter according to your selection.

The Imari Vase - Green Medium is produced from underglazed hand-decorated porcelain. Underglaze is a method of decorating pottery where the pattern is applied to the surface before it is glazed. This ensures the decoration remains completely durable and the surface of the pottery has a uniform finish.
Available in two sizes, and without a base or with a range of bases.
The beautiful hand-decorated porcelain vase is finished with Chinese leaf, flower and bird decoration.
